面對我們提出來的這些問題，回答往往是“這只是一段特殊時期”，但真的是這樣嗎？
一項由 AMV BBDO 發起的活動向公眾發起對話，展示了女性經期經歷的種種不安，以及她們對自己身體的知之甚少，從初潮到分泌物的氣味，再到被醫生忽視的痛苦，短片旨在對公眾進行經期教育，希望社會真正了解女性身體。
影片由 Lucy Forbes 執導，網飛熱門劇集《Eric》的導演，她將殘酷的現實與夸張的表現手法相結合，融入真人表演和動畫場景，鼓勵人們通過公開談論自己的身體來打破禁忌。一個由女性組成的管弦樂隊貫穿全程，對女性正在經歷的痛苦、驚喜做出回應。
此外，影片還描繪了古典繪畫中女性憤怒的形象，與歷史聯系起來，強調幾個世紀過去了，女性仍然有許多問題懸而未決。
