奧美紐約為國際特赦組織策劃的“難民國(The Refugee Nation)”，為全世界 6500 萬難民組織了一支十人奧運代表隊參加奧林匹克競技，并為這個“難民國”找到了一位土耳其伊斯坦布爾的難民創(chuàng)作者創(chuàng)作“國歌”，以及一位阿姆斯特丹的難民藝術(shù)家設(shè)計橙色與黑色相間的、象征難民勇敢精神的“國旗”。 自此之后，難民們不再是沒有國籍的人，他們也是有身份的公民了。
