截至2009年12月31日，沃達(dá)豐在全球擁有大約3.33億用戶。沃達(dá)豐使用沃達(dá)豐集團(tuán)作為名稱(chēng)，分別于倫敦證券交易所（代號(hào)VOD.L）及紐約證券交易所（代號(hào)VOD）上市。
2014年2月21日，沃達(dá)豐完成將所持Verizon無(wú)線公司45%股份以1300億美元售予Verizon的交易。[1]
2014年3月8日，沃達(dá)豐已就收購(gòu)西班牙有線電視運(yùn)營(yíng)商O(píng)no達(dá)成初步協(xié)議。[2]
2017年6月6日，《2017年BrandZ最具價(jià)值全球品牌100強(qiáng)》公布，沃達(dá)豐名列第27位。
