法國家樂福開了家“黑市”,賣非法農作物,為農民發聲

自1981年以來,在歐洲想要自己種植、販售農作物,需要得到政府的許可,否則就是違法的。在歐洲所有的作物當中,97%都是屬于非法作物,普通民眾不能種植販售。而只有只有3%的種子被允許販售,這3%的專利通常屬于一些大公司所有,如果農民想要自己種植,就必須支付高昂費用向那些大公司購買種子。作為大型零售商,Carrefour為歐洲農民發聲,開了家“黑市”(Black Supermarket)專門售賣那些“非法”的農作物種子。

家樂福還同時向政府發出請愿書,請求政府修改原來不合理的法律,為歐洲農民謀福利。通過此次承擔社會責任的宣傳活動,也間接樹立了一個親切負責的企業形象。

公眾對這一荒謬的法律感到困惑,紛紛以實際行動支持“黑市”活動,他們購買大量的非法商品(多達153噸)。活動期間,店內的客流量提高了15%,并簽署了請愿書(83000個簽名)。

通過家樂福The Black Supermarket(黑色超市)活動的努力和公眾的支持下,這項法律最終為5億歐洲人的利益做出了改變。2018年4月19日,歐盟通過《有機農業新規》(2014/0100(COD)),重新授權銷售和種植農民種子。讓這項延續了40余年的不合理法律載入史冊。據悉,新法案將會在2021年開始正式實施。
