Does Love Last? 預告片

在澳大利亞,大約有 350 多萬人患有某種程度的聽力損失,但通常這些人自己并不知道,也對耳朵的問題不太重視。不過現在有個品牌操心起了這件事——為了「哄騙」大家去主動檢查檢查聽力,Cochlear(可植入聽力解決方案、人工耳蝸制造商)創建了一個聽力測試,還為了推廣測試用心良苦地拍了一部愛情片……

首先他們在社交媒體放出了《Does Love Last?》一分多鐘的預告片,里面展示了一對情侶從年輕到年老的相處場景,你可能會發現他們在諸如對 mixtapes 音樂的喜歡上都存在著很多矛盾,那兩個人又是怎么某名奇妙一起生活了那么久呢?

帶著疑問,你情不自禁點進了 Cochlear 的網站去觀看整段影片。不過當沉浸在情節中時,眾多的環境噪音開始響起,有時候聽不清兩人在講些什么,所以只能依靠唇語和肢體去理解這對情侶的對話。其實這是制作方為了形成視覺干擾有意為之——你認為最后他們之間還存有愛戀嗎?得出什么樣的結局完全取決于你聽力的好壞,如果你只是通過他們的表情、肢體動作判斷,那么可能會認為兩人感情走到了盡頭;如果能從嘈雜的背景音中辨別出他們非常微弱的對話聲,就會發現他們的感情實際上還不錯。

另外為了推廣宣傳,Cochlear 還和最近要在澳大利亞上映的電影《Lion(雄獅)》合作了一把,打了個貼片廣告,據說這部電影的觀眾應該大多集中在中年人,比較符合他們的受眾群體。當然除了這個電影,此次營銷戰役的重頭戲在之后的交互式在線測試上,看完影片你可以通過一個測試簡單診斷自己是否患有聽力損失,之后還可以去距離最近得聽力學家那里尋求幫助。

Cochlear 的高級聽力學家 Emma Ramsay 說,測試的結果如同我們料想,患有聽力損失的人更依賴通過技術手段或者肢體語言和唇語理解別人的意思,所以他們得到了感情破裂的錯誤結論。

從影片到測試,這整個戰役的巧妙的構思是由 CHE Proximity、Glue Society 和 Noise International 三家公司共同完成的,里面用到了很多專業的音頻和電影制作技術,以下這支視頻解釋了這個創意是從何而來怎么落地的——

CHE Proximity 的執行創意總監 Ant White 說,「通過人們對短片內容得出的不同結論,我們相信更多聽力有問題的人會來看影片,討論測試,從而從容面對自己的病情,最終得到治療。」

在 2006 年的一項研究中,有數據標明四分之一澳大利亞人到 2050 年都會患上不同程度上的聽力損失,而且近一半的患者都是青年上班族,但是這些早期患者一般不會重視聽力的問題,平均等個六年之后真正影響了生活,才陸續去尋求幫助;這項研究還顯示出,整體用于聽力損失治療的費用達到了 117.5 億澳元,占澳大利亞每年國內的生產總值 1.4%……

Cochlear 澳大利亞和新西蘭的總經理說 Shaun Hand 說,通過創造一個偽裝成愛情故事的聽力測試,我們希望澳大利亞人能夠重視起聽力損失的問題,與他們關心的人愛的人分享這個短片,尤其是那些當前不以為意,但最后卻造成不可逆后果的人們……其實這并不是危言聳聽,這個警示不僅僅是給澳大利亞人的,想想我們平時總是愛刷著平板帶著耳機,在損害聽力的同時,也像用聲音的隔離,跟愛人親人建起了一道精神的墻。

好的廣告片能給人正面的警示和思考,雖然《Does Love Last?》正片也只有六分鐘,但它也已經承載了電影級別的意義。
