音樂監制／項目管理
駐北京、東京、洛杉磯的國際音樂廣告公司招聘音樂監制。
薪水在16K－32K范圍中協議，并且在薪水基礎上根據年齡，經驗和業績有提成調整。
職位要求：
1、有音樂制作專業的基礎，擁有音樂制作3年以上的經驗。
2、在音樂或者娛樂行業有4年以上工作經驗，并且有管理團隊的知識和經驗。
3、具有商務水平以上的中文普通話以及英文水平，具有兩種語言優秀的演講技能。
4、具備商務開發能力以及管理當地團隊、協調國外項目的能力，需達到每個月的銷售KPI向CEO匯報。
5、具備個人魅力，熱愛音樂，具有團隊精神和責任心，值得信任。
6、熟悉并有廣告、電影、電視、游戲等音樂制作和指導的經驗；有相關的實績證明；具備良好的業界客戶和中國音樂家、藝術行業人脈資源。
備注： 該職位是一個管理級別的職位，非招聘作曲或者編曲人員。

International music agency with offices in Tokyo, Los Angeles and Beijing are looking for an Executive Producer.
1, Candidates must have music production background and at least 3 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE AS MUSIC PRODUCER.
2, Candidates must have at least 4 years working experience in the Music and Entertainment business with knowledge and experience managing a team.
3, Candidates must SPEAK BUSINESS LEVEL MANDARIN and ENGLISH with excellent presentation skills in both languages.
4, Candidates must be charming, passionate about music, great team players, trustworthy and loyal.
5, Candidates must have knowledge and experience production and directing music for advertising, film, television, gaming etc...and must HAVE A CURRENT NETWORK OF CLIENTS, a great network of Chinese based musicians and artists and be able to demonstrate previous work in these areas with a reel of current work...
6, Candidates must be capable of hitting monthly sales targets through effective new business development whilst being able to manage the local music production team, cooperating overseas projects and reporting to the company CEO based in Tokyo...
This is a management level job, we are not recruiting composers or arrangers
