銀行的宗旨致力于幫助客戶解決困難，一路向前。近日，墨爾本銀行發布了一支廣告，希望透過這支視頻向所有維多利亞州的人民們表達其渴望幫助人民、社區及國家進步的愿景。
墨爾本銀行首席品牌運營官Ash Gray說道：我們知道當每一位顧客走進銀行時，都期待著往前走，無論是一大步還是一小步，而不是原地不動。所以，我們希望透過這只小企鵝的故事映射除了銀行客戶們對銀行的期許，墨爾本銀行也一直希望達成客戶的愿望，即我們將一直遵守我們一直以來對客戶的承諾，通過我們量身定制的產品和卓越的服務，幫助客戶找到前進的道路。
這支視頻講述了一只來自圣基爾達(St Kilda)的小企鵝幻想自己在城市中一路闖蕩，從落魄走向輝煌的故事。
小企鵝開始了城市探險之旅。
它在大街上的招聘啟事中看到泳池需要清潔工，于是便奮勇前去。
最開始，它什么事情都做不好。但它卻并沒有因此放棄，反而更加努力起來，也因此結識了在泳池訓練的小女孩。
它慢慢地陪著女孩長大，不僅通過自己的努力將工作做得井井有條，女孩也取得了游泳比賽的冠軍！
小企鵝也在城市中占有了一席之地，不僅擁有了自己的豪宅，還擁有了自己的事業。
最后，墨爾本銀行希望透過這支廣告向銀行的客戶們傳達品牌宗旨：If you have the will, we have the way.（如果您有意愿，我們有辦法幫助您）
