PLTFRM seeks a creative and results-driven Social Media Content Specialist to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will develop, execute, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms for our clients in the FMCG fresh food, food products, beverages, and spirits industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, tailored for each social media platform.

- Collaborate with the creative and digital marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand consistency amongst all assets created.

- Develop and implement social media content strategies that align with clients' brand objectives.

- Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.

-Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise content and campaign effectiveness.

-Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages to foster a strong online presence.

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, AI-tools, and best practices to keep our strategies competitive.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.

-Proficiency in social media platforms (Red, Douyin, WeChat, Weibo, Bilibili, Zhihu, etc.) and content management tools.

-Proficiency in AI-based writing tools and technologies.

-Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with an eye for visual design.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Fluent in Chinese and English.

-流利的中文和英文能力。
