PLTFRM seeks a visionary and dynamic Creative Director who excels in Adobe CC and masters the latest AI-based creative apps. You will lead, inspire, and challenge our creative team to craft innovative social media content, digital campaigns, and e-commerce solutions for our clients in the FMCG fresh food, food products, beverages, and spirits industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Oversee all creative projects, from concept development to final execution, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies—specially AI tools, and cultural movements to keep our work fresh and relevant.

- Produce innovative social media content, videos and digital campaigns.

- Led, mentore, nurture, encourage and inspire the creative team. 

- Work closely with the marketing and copy-based creative team.

- Foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand and business objectives.

- Translating these objectives into compelling creative solutions.

- Develop, present and execute creative strategies, concepts, and ideas for internal teams and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful social media content and innovative campaigns.

- Proficiency in design software like Adobe CC and new AI-based creative apps.

- In-depth understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and e-commerce.

- Excellent inspirational leadership, and team management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies clearly.

- Fluent in Chinese and English.
