【Role】
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Director to lead and manage clients, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growth, team leadership, and strategic account management. 

 【Key responsibility 】 

1. Sales Strategy & Execution:

   - Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

   - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach.

   - Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

2. Account Management:

   - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

   - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.

   - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account potential.

3. Team Leadership:

   - Lead, mentor, and manage the team.

   - Set performance goals and provide regular coaching and feedback.

   - Foster a high-performance culture focused on results and collaboration.

4. Market Research & Insights:

   - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

   - Provide insights and recommendations to improve outbound sales strategies.

【Requirements】 

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field . 

- 7+ years of experience in outbound business, account management, or business development. 

- Strong leadership and team management skills. 

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. 

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. 

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving. 

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. 

- Results-driven with a focus on achieving KPIs. 

- Adaptability and resilience in a competitive market. 

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 

 【Better to have】 

- Experience with global social channels (Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, Google, Facebook, etc) 

- Experience with content (which includes strategy, creative, social, production, etc) (not media planning and buying) 

- Experience working with Chinese internet companies (Bytedance, Alibaba, Ant Group, etc)
