職位描述 Job Description

職責描述：

1. 協助產出創意所需繪畫部分，包括前期手繪demo、正式設計稿的插畫細節，直到項目上線；

2. 參與創意討論會議，為頭腦風暴過程提供畫面創意想法、風格形式思考等；

3. 定期回顧參與的項目，總結執行中遇到的問題并探討更好的解決方式，同時思考新的創作形式和畫風。

1. Assist in producing painting required for creativity, including previous hand-painted demo and detailed illustration of actual design until the project go live；

2. Participate in creative discussions and achieve worthwhile outputs in terms of creative ideas，styles and forms of visual;

3. Review regularly, summarize  better solutions to the problems encountered and unlock imagination." 

任職要求：

1. 繪畫、插畫、速寫、素描功底深厚，有很好的色彩感，理解能力強，想象力豐富；

2. 熟練使用繪圖板，以及Illustrator/Photoshop，能將手繪稿轉化為電腦稿；

3. 美術、視覺傳達、藝術設計類相關專業畢業

4. 工作認真細致且負責，有獨特的創意設計能力，優秀的團隊協作能力。

1. Demonstrated skills in painting, illustration, sketch and drawing, good sense of color, comprehensive and rich in imagination;

2. Proficiency in drawing board and Illustrator/Photoshop, ability to convert hand-drawn manuscripts into computer manuscripts;

3. Majors in fine arts, visual communicationart design, art design and other;

4. Meticulous and responsible, unique creative design ability and outstanding team spirits.
