職位描述 Job Description

職責(zé)描述：

1. 協(xié)助產(chǎn)出創(chuàng)意所需繪畫(huà)部分，包括前期手繪demo、正式設(shè)計(jì)稿的插畫(huà)細(xì)節(jié)，直到項(xiàng)目上線；

2. 參與創(chuàng)意討論會(huì)議，為頭腦風(fēng)暴過(guò)程提供畫(huà)面創(chuàng)意想法、風(fēng)格形式思考等；

3. 定期回顧參與的項(xiàng)目，總結(jié)執(zhí)行中遇到的問(wèn)題并探討更好的解決方式，同時(shí)思考新的創(chuàng)作形式和畫(huà)風(fēng)。

1. Assist in producing painting required for creativity, including previous hand-painted demo and detailed illustration of actual design until the project go live；

2. Participate in creative discussions and achieve worthwhile outputs in terms of creative ideas，styles and forms of visual;

3. Review regularly, summarize  better solutions to the problems encountered and unlock imagination." 

任職要求：

1. 繪畫(huà)、插畫(huà)、速寫(xiě)、素描功底深厚，有很好的色彩感，理解能力強(qiáng)，想象力豐富；

2. 熟練使用繪圖板，以及Illustrator/Photoshop，能將手繪稿轉(zhuǎn)化為電腦稿；

3. 美術(shù)、視覺(jué)傳達(dá)、藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)類相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)

4. 工作認(rèn)真細(xì)致且負(fù)責(zé)，有獨(dú)特的創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)能力，優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力。

1. Demonstrated skills in painting, illustration, sketch and drawing, good sense of color, comprehensive and rich in imagination;

2. Proficiency in drawing board and Illustrator/Photoshop, ability to convert hand-drawn manuscripts into computer manuscripts;

3. Majors in fine arts, visual communicationart design, art design and other;

4. Meticulous and responsible, unique creative design ability and outstanding team spirits.
